You will hold the ultimate responsibility for the designated production process, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of planned production volumes in the most cost-efficient and safe manner. You will be charged with the continuous enhancement of the production unit, prioritizing operational permits, Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSE&Q) issues, and consistently meeting customer expectations. Moreover, this pivotal position involves developing and inspiring the entire organization, driving us all towards greater innovation and excellence. •  Develop People: you coach and inspire team members, ensuring development plans are in place and work is effectively organized and prioritized.
•  Deliver Operational Excellence achieving plant objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through continuous improvement by planning action steps, implementing lessons from incidents, monitoring progress, making necessary adjustments, communicating objectives and results to the team.
•  Guarantee Operating Permit: ensuring all procedures are followed, the plant operates per permit obligations and acting as a crisis manager when needed.
•  Secure Compliance to Group Policies: Ensuring adherence to group policies, ethics and values by implementing corrective actions to prevent damage to people, assets, or the environment.
•  Steer Asset & Product Development and guarantee Customer satisfaction: Managing asset development projects, addressing improvement opportunities, supporting test runs, leading the customer support team and ensuring customer requirements are understood and met.
•  You manage critical peer interfaces: Plant Availability (balancing costs and reliability), Planning, Product Ownership, and Asset Development. You occasionally represent the employer in consultative committees with unions, support other functions and locations.  On top of that you maintain international and local networks.
