Requirements
In the role of Transport Teamlead Domestic, you will be a key driver in organizing efficient and reliable transport solutions tailored to our domestic operations. Your leadership will guide a team that coordinates transportation planning, resolves operational issues, and manages performance metrics to enhance our logistics operations.
Your exciting responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring your transport team to ensure effective execution of delivery plans.
- Overseeing transport planning and coordination, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our domestic customers.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to address any transport-related challenges swiftly and effectively.
- Analyzing logistics performance and advocating for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and teamwork within your team.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing a high-performing team.
