IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As a Supply Planning Manager at Envalior, you will play a crucial role in optimizing operations, ensuring on-time product delivery, managing inventory efficiently, and ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and profitability

You will make key contributions to Envalior

• Develop comprehensive mid-to-long-term supply chain plans, optimizing the balance between supply and demand over a 24-month horizon.
• Work closely with site teams to monitor the short term supply plan adherence.
• Tactic planning via adapting the right parameter and system like SAP and IBP.
• Global end to end inventory management for Portfolio of Arnitel and Arnite.
• Organize/Chair the Global S&OP meeting and drive for business decisions between service, cash and cost.
• Drive for continuous improvement on both process and tactics in the planning arena to optimize customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction to meet business strategy.
• Apply the global functional roadmap and process standardization in the region.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a master’s or bachelor’s degree, ideally in supply chain or business administration.
• Brings several years of professional experience in SCM domain.
• Possesses strong communication skills.
• Has effective external networking abilities and can build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Demonstrates the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
