The challenge:
Coordinate the flow of raw materials and finished goods by translating the “high level” supply plan into an optimal schedule to meet customer demands while optimizing resources. You will be responsible for scheduling of finished goods and call-off of raw materials for the Stanyl plant, DAB plant, EP59 pilot plant and tollers.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Scheduling & Supply Coordination:

  • Create an optimal production schedule to meet customer needs while optimizing resources.
  • Consider planning constraints such as resource availability, storage capacity, production limits, maintenance, inventory levels, raw material availability, and changeovers to maximize efficiency.

Inventory & Demand Management:

  • Ensure on-time availability of finished goods despite fluctuations in customer demand and planning constraints.
  • Optimize inventory levels by minimizing blocked stock, second-class stock, and obsolete inventory while maintaining supply efficiency.

Main contact person for:

  • The manufacturing plant to ensure production alignment.
  • The transport team for timely finished goods availability.
  • The global supply planner to translate high-level plans into actionable schedules.
  • Purchasing teams and suppliers for raw material call-offs.

Raw Material Call-Off & Logistics Coordination:

  • Enter call-off orders for raw materials and execute receipt bookings in line with the production schedule.
  • Monitor outstanding orders and take proactive action to mitigate supply risks.
  • Coordinate with logistics service providers for efficient material pick-ups and deliveries.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Perform monthly closing, register utility consumption, and create year orders.
  • Maintain an organized certificate archive for raw materials and finished goods.

Cross-Functional Meetings & Process Optimization:

  • Represent Supply Chain in daily production meetings to track and adjust the production plan.
  • Participate in the monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meeting to align priorities between Manufacturing, SCM, Finance, and Purchasing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to production scheduling, supply chain efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Quality & Compliance:

  • Handle complaints
  • Maintain material master data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Work according to Envalior Life Saving Rules, promoting a positive SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) culture.

Requirements
We are looking for a standout candidate who holds either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A solid understanding of Supply Chain Management principles and practices—such as MRP, Inventory Coverage, Operating Working Capital, Demand Planning, and OTIF (On Time In Full)—is crucial.

Ideally, you will have considerable experience in logistics as well as demand and supply planning, paired with a robust familiarity with SAP Materials Management and Sales & Distribution functions.

Strong proficiency in reporting systems is necessary to facilitate data analysis and reporting. We seek someone with exceptional analytical abilities who can interpret intricate data sets and leverage insights to drive improvements.

Fluency in both Dutch and English is a must, as this role involves extensive communication across various teams and stakeholders. A hands-on approach, coupled with self-discipline and the ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment, is essential.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, is driven by a desire to improve, and is focused on automation and process optimization to elevate efficiency and effectiveness within supply chain operations.
